Steady Inside.
Human skills for lasting change.
I offer a holistic and solution-focused approach to psychotherapy to help you gain clarity and make meaningful changes.
Why I show up.
I believe we are fully capable of healing and steadying ourselves in any given moment. I find proof every day in my practice, witnessing people surviving the extraordinary circumstances of a human life. I am deeply inspired by our capacity for resilience that lives in how we choose to respond — to ourselves, to others, and to the present moment. As a licensed therapist with a specialty in trauma I have spent thousands of hours witnessing the steadiness we can build in the midst of dramatic change, turmoil, and suffering. It is a mindset we build, moment by moment, choice by choice. When we start to trust our own capacity to meet life's challenges, we can change our relationship to pain and find untapped joy and freedom in our lives. Bearing witness to that shift in my clients is one of the greatest gifts of my life.
Who I help
Inidividuals
I focus on evidence based tools to gain valuable insights into our hearts and minds in order to make meaningful changes in our lives and our relationships. In a professional and therapeutic environment I support and challenge individuals to see their lives with clarity, identify areas of growth, and set individualized goals for lasting change.
Groups
I offer group workshops focused on skill building and expanding our perspectives. It's an opportunity to gain valuable psychoeducation and practice specific skills outside of the therapy room. This allows clients and organizations to make tangible changes to maximize their progress.
Workshops can be tailored to specific settings and challenges.
Leaders and Managers
I offer intensives focused on building the emotional discipline to deploy human centric leadership skills that drive productivity, retention and growth on both individual and organizational levels.
These are problem specific, time limited and outcome driven.
Upcoming Workshops
Money and your Mind
A whole-person approach to wellness.
Financial anxiety is one of the most common — and least addressed — sources of stress in people's lives. Even well-compensated professionals carry significant anxiety around money, and it affects focus, decision-making, relationships, and performance.
This workshop bridges mental health and financial wellbeing, helping participants understand the emotional drivers behind financial stress and offering practical tools for developing a healthier relationship with money, uncertainty, and security. It's not financial planning — it's the psychological foundation that makes financial planning actually work.
Offered as a standalone 90-minute session or as part of a broader employee wellness series.
Ideal for anyone facing financial stress, HR and benefits audiences, employee wellness programs, and organizations looking to differentiate their mental health offerings.
Boundaries Without Guilt
Say less. Mean more.
Boundaries aren't about keeping people out. They're about showing up honestly — at work, at home, in every relationship that matters.
Boundaries Without Guilt is a hands-on workshop built around real scripts, real scenarios, and real practice. Participants learn why boundaries collapse (it's rarely about willpower), what language actually works, and how to hold a limit without over-explaining, apologizing, or burning the relationship down.
Practical. Evidence-based. Immediately applicable.
The Human Advantage
Navigating AI, Change, and What Makes Us Irreplaceable
The anxiety around AI is real — about relevance, identity, and what it means to be good at something in a world that keeps changing the rules. For teams working inside the technology industry, this isn't abstract. It's the conversation happening in the hallway, and often the one nobody is quite saying out loud.
This workshop offers something rare: a historian's perspective on technological disruption, a therapist's tools for navigating the anxiety it produces, and a clear-eyed account of what humans bring that AI genuinely cannot replicate. Every major disruption in history — the printing press, industrialization, the internet — arrived with the same cocktail of excitement, grief, and existential uncertainty. We have always found our footing. Understanding how changes everything about how you move through the current moment.
Participants leave with a grounded historical framework for understanding technological change, concrete tools for managing disruption-related anxiety, and a clearer sense of the distinctly human capacities — creativity, attunement, ethical judgment, relational intelligence — that remain irreplaceable.
Offered as a 75–90 minute workshop or keynote. Especially well-suited for all-hands meetings, leadership retreats, and teams navigating organizational change driven by AI adoption.
